On March 20-21, the first meeting with the ambassadors of the NABU branch in Armenia was held at the organization's office, during which they were presented:
- organization's activities and existing programs,
- birds of prey in Armenia,
- peculiarities of working with cameratraps.
Possible directions of cooperation in each region were also discussed.
The ambassadors of the organization will be responsible for the implementation of environmental programs in their region, in particular:
- field works aimed at studying birds,
- biodiversity research using cameratraps,
- to disseminate ecological education.
At the end of the meeting, our ambassadors received the necessary items for studying, as well as certificates, according to which they assume the status of ambassadors of the NABU branch in Armenia, adhere to the principles of nature protection established by the organization, acting FOR PEOPLE AND NATURE.
