The branch of German Nature Protection Union (NABU) in the Republic of Armenia continues to study the species composition of nesting birds in the “Dilijan” National Park and adjacent territories.
This time, 22 species of birds were registered within the framework of the study.
It should be reminded that the branch of German Nature Protection Union (NABU) in the Republic of Armenia conducts biodiversity studies of “Dilijan” National Park, in particular, ichthyological, ornithological, botanical and large mammals studies.
The studies provide an opportunity to identify the species composition, distribution of endemic and red-book species, negative factors affecting them.
The works are carried out in cooperation with the RA Ministry of Environment and “Dilijan” National Park.
