The branch of the German Nature Protection Union (NABU) in the Republic of Armenia organized a birdwatching event in Vayots Dzor region as part of the "Bird of the Year 2023 - Golden Eagle" campaign.
Participants hiked in the preserved "Arpa" landscape and became familiar with the biodiversity of the area, including a variety of birds. We also observed this year's bird, the golden eagle, both in flight and in its nest.
During 2023, our organization will continue its eco-educational activities as part of the "Bird of the Year 2023 - Golden Eagle" campaign.
