Harvest Festival was Held

On September 16-17, the "Harvest Festival: rural life and traditions" was held, co-organized by the branch of German Nature Protection Union (NABU) in the Republic of Armenia within the framework of the "Creative Mountains" programme.

During the festival, the following were presented:

  • programmes implemented by the organization
  • products and proposals of the beneficiaries of the programmes,
  • an eco-course platform, where ecological courses were held for 2 days.

Festival participants also had the opportunity to vote for one of the 33 candidates for the "Bird of the Year", which were proposed by users of social networks.

We would like to express our special gratitude to the volunteers of the NABU branch in RA for their contribution to the organization of the festival. At the end of the festival, they received their volunteer passports and were awarded certificates.

Let us remind you that the "Creative Mountains" programme was implemented by the branch of German Nature Protection Union (NABU) in the Republic of Armenia in cooperation with Machaon International and funded by the European Union.
