Today is the World Environment Day.
In 1972, June 5 was declared World Environment Day by the UN, and since 2004 it has been celebrated in Armenia as the Day of Environmentalists.
Operating in Armenia since 2001, the branch of German Nature Protection Union (NABU) in the Republic of Armenia has taken responsibility for the study of Armenia's biodiversity and the development of environmental protection measures, thus contributing to the protection of the environment and the development of industry.
Without missing an opportunity, the Union expresses its gratitude to all individuals and organizations involved in environmental activities for their contribution to shaping a cleaner and more sustainable future.
