As part of the study of the ecology of white storks in the Ararat Valley, our employees continue field work. During the previous weeks, they monitored the main gathering and feeding sites of white storks.
After backfilling the land at the Masis garbage dump and on the territory adjacent to the Araks poultry farm, the amount of anthropogenic food has decreased, which is why, unlike in previous years, there are no large concentrations of storks in these places. But the number of storks at the Nubarashen dump and in other places has significantly increased.
After analyzing the data, we will present the results of the work.
