Armenian branches of NABU and WWF signed a memorandum of understanding on March 2, 2018. Within the framework of the document the organizations will research issues related to the conflict between humans and wildlife, and will come up with recommendations on the management of the confrontation. The conflict between people and animals is one of the main threats to the continued survival of many species in different parts of the world, and is also a significant threat to local peoples. Due to reduction and destruction of natural habitats of animals the issue becomes growingly important.
