On the occasion of International Vulture Awareness Day, next week the Eco Club will be holding open sessions on the theme "winged sanitarians of nature".
As part of the topic, we will discuss
- which species are considered sanitary and why
- 4 species of vultures nesting in Armenia and their way of life
- their role and importance in nature.
The course will be conducted by Lusine Aghajanyan, Head of Biodiversity Conservation Programme of NABU branch in Armenia.
The course will be held at 18 Isahakyan St., office: 2, with the following schedule:
- 04.09.2023 (Monday): at 17:00
- 05.09.2023 (Tuesday): at 19:00
- 08.09.2023 (Friday): at 17:00.
