Every year on the third Friday of May the World Day of Endangered Species is celebrated.
The branch of German Nature Protection Union (NABU) in the Republic of Armenia, cooperating with the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia, state and non-state structures in this field since the first day of its activity, implements a number of programs aimed at studying endangered species in Armenia and developing conservation measures based on the results obtained.
This day is another opportunity to emphasize the importance of every part of nature and the necessity to preserve it FOR PEOPLE AND NATURE.
